I love AC/DC, and grew up on Angus, I wanted to love an SG so badly I could taste it. I was SO excited to buy my first one, and was positive I would love it, but I HATED it. I have tired several, always thinking the next one will be right, but I cant stand the way the neck wants to drop when...
Title says it, would need it shipped to NC. Color doesnt matter but would prefer if it was in decent shape. Will consider beat up and needing new tolex. Let me know if you have one and what the cost to purchase/ship.
Decided it was time for a new project, so I put a humbucker in my tele. Going to finish wiring and adding strings this week.

I was looking at this auction and this guitar just seems wrong, I had one and the head-stock did not have binding, the serial number was much shorter and not stamped into the wood, and the look overall was just different, I had a Classic from about the same year, was there versions of a Classic...
Got my cover today, very happy with it, got great service from:
Custom Amp Covers makes the covers no one else does!
Made me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend, they left a little extra space so cables could be plugged in.
It just seems like such a no brainer, I want to cover my cab so the cat doesn't claw or piss on it, but I do not want to have to lift off the head to remove the cab cover, why wouldn't there be a one piece that just drops down over the whole thing.
I am looking for a cover that will go over my Silver Jubilee with 4x12, I only see one for the head, and one for the cab, but I want something I can put over the whole thing, and pull off in one piece, is there such a cover?
Any help is appreciated.
Its a late 90's Epi, bought it recently just to try them out, have had many Gibsons over the years. I am very impressed with this guitar, and at $350 you cant beat it. I used to hate the headstock but that is growing on me also, all in all a very good guitar for the money.
I guess I could rewire the 2 cabs at 16 OHM each, and then when hooked up the load would be 8 OHMs making it safer for the 4 OHM head than the 2 OHM load (am I even remotely accurate !)
I bought an Epi Les Paul Custom, and it was missing the knob for the selector switch. I have now ordered two replacements and neither are big enough to screw on it. What size do I need? Here is what I bought:
M3.5 x .6 - common Epiphone - switch lever diameter is 3.5mm or approx. 1/8"
M4.0...
I have a Blackface Fender Bassman 4 Ohm head and I sometimes play it through a 2x12 at 4 Ohm and other times a 2x10 at 4 Ohms. Is it possible to chain the 2 cabinets and run the head through all 4 speakers? What does this do to the Ohms I am running? Thanks in advance.
