    Celestion G12T-75 opinions...

    I actually prefer them over the V30's. i have an avater 4x12 with 2 hellatone 30's and two made in england v30's and it just sound sway too tight and focused compared to my 1960a. the 1960 is more open and natural sounding to me. Great for my style of music!

    What Other Amp Sounds like a Marshall JCM800...

    +10000 for the Laney aor. I have a pro tube 100 that ive ben using for years. the push pull eq gives it so much gain going straight in. you have to mess with it to get a nice sound but i got it for a peavey valve king so i cant complain! just got a jmp 2204 so obviously thats my new thannnnng...

    Probably a dumb question, i recently bought a 79 jmp 2204 mk 2 and i opened up the back and saw 3 pre amp tubes. I thought they only came with two? does this explain why its a very full gain?

    Ok so I am having the hardest time understanding ohms, I just bought a 1960a and its wired for 4 ohms. All the speakers are 16 ohms which confuses me also but that's not what I wanna know. If I were to wire them in series would A. All 4 speakers work and B. would the amp recognize it as a 16 ohm...
