    I guess technically it was an issue when I first got it. The side that was 93mv I could only turn down to that 61mv mark and that pot was all the way down. But I chalked that up to old bad tubes and it was fine when I put in new tubes.

    The bias was set at 61mv on both sides before I pulled the board and the pots were both in the middle of their sweep. Should I just replace them with the same marshall pots? Or is there something better?

Tube (I had to email him for it) after speaking to him he said it is the ground break on the headphone jack being faulty and c30 (the capacitor r32 is connected to) was bad.     So I have replaced all three of the transistors.... and nothing for the speakers outputs. And I realized the reverb does not work either. I dont know if it worked before or not to be honest. The headphone out and the line out work. If I run the line out to a cab it is actually pretty good...
