It's alright. A little different from most of my other pedals - smoother and less crunchy/distorted which makes a nice change. Sounds good though. Wanted something I could take to the jam and not worry about. They're ridiculously cheap anyway but mine was used on reverb so it was even cheaper.

I've dropped a lot of money on expensive gear over the years. These days you just don't need to.

I assume this is based on the King of Tone? I don’t mean to bash Analogman or any of their proponents, but that was the most overrated pedal I’ve ever owned. On the positive side, it felt good to spend money on something handmade by a company like that. But I didn’t see what the hype was all about, and I didn’t think there was anything magical about it. If I ever get a weird urge to put two Bluesbreakers in series, I’d definitely consider the Joyo unit.
