Dsl 1hr: Ooze on circuit board… is this a concern?

Hi all- I won’t get into all the twists and turns of my recent amp saga, but I took possession of my DSL1hr today and took the chassis out to make the 16 ohm to 8ohm mod, and noticed what seems to be glue or something on the circuit board. It works and sounds fine and I realize it’s a pretty inexpensive tube amp— so is this just how they look, or should I be worried about this and seek a repair while in warranty…

I in no way know what I'm talking about, but whatever the honey is, I think it was used during the building process (or work done after the fact) as it appears to have been dropped on top of that white capacitor. In other words, I don't think it happened during use signifying something is wrong.
