Prisons should be on farms so that they are provided with a healthy environment and can extrovert their attention . In the name of rehab.
Sure they would need to have the lock-up facilities for the hardened criminals and the marksmen on the ready, but I do not see how that there in Brooklyn is any different to having chickens in small cages opposed to free-range.
