Hi all - New to Marshall amps but I picked up a Valvestate 80v 8080. Sounds nice but seems a bit thin on bass on the boost channel (clean channel is not working).
I know the Marshall tube amps were voiced for less bass to avoid farting out. Is that the case with these amps, and if so, is there a change to coupling caps or something else to bring back in a little more bass?? Could anymore point me to that if so?
