How the hell did a Hendrix amp end up at Graceland?

I remember it was in a clear plastic display box and clearly had "Hendrix Exp." on the amp. I don't recall any back story from the display.

I had a picture of if from 2021, but my phone died on me and I couldn't retrieve my pics. I tried to find it online with no luck.

I am going to look at my backup USBs for it...
