I almost mentioned the KK, it is more like the jvm ish build, pc mounted sockets and small transformers. But the ZW gets the old school 2203x build style.
Rock on :)

The 2203x is the same amplifier as the old 2203. built in the same way, with an st1 pcb. It has an added effects loop. One difference is for some odd reason Marshall wired the cathode follower reversed from the originals in the X series amps. Other than that same amp.

Of course you have the issue, just like the original runs of amps where availability of parts, and the use of different components dictate what went into the amps based on availability.

My X was just what I said, pretty much identical to the old JCM800 2203. big transformers, 6 filter cans, vertical inputs, st1 board, pots with fly leads. The same construction.

Haven't had a zw or kk so I can't comment on them. But I have had a 2555x, and that is constructed entirely different from the originals.

To say the 2203x isn't a 2203 because it shares DNA with the JVM is incorrect. Not an expert on JVM's but Supposedly one of the Jvm's channels is voiced to mimic the 2203, not the other way around.
