@NickKUK's low wattage JCM build with EF80's got me thinking about building one myself. I have a 2150 1x12 combo cab that I picked up some time back. The previous owner was using it as an extension cab, the amp was long gone. The chassis cutout is larger than a 50w but not as large as a Super Lead so I dialed up a basic chassis. The cab still has the massive Powercell speaker which actually doesn't sound too bad. My plan is to stay pretty true to the original circuit with the necessary deviations for the cathode biased EF80's.

Now to get to the chassis and let the metal fly!

Yep, if you follow Rob's JCM, you'll have lower prestage voltages to sit within the EF80's limit. For JCM lead style 390-250-335V prestage voltages the power supply needs adapting.

I have some additional updates on the schematics.
