hi everybody, just wanted to know how much a 2nd hand marshall amp 5881 would cost??

5881 refers to the valves inside the amp - usually mid 90s-on JCM900s - but they are fitted in other amps too such as the 'Bluesbreaker' and JTM45 reissues. Do you know which model you are interested in?

Sounds like a 6100 (with the 5881 stencilled on the front panel)... changing hands for around $900-1000 in Oz...

There are quite a few Marshalls with 5881 power tubes.
I think the JCM900 SLX also had 5881 on the front panel.

We need more description or a model number.
