I was playing bars at 14ish. It suddenly freaks me out to think that it may have just been because I was a kid and not because I was good. I was much better than Maya at that age though. It was kinda like golf. I got just over half ass and never got any better. The only thing that saved me is hearing Jet To Jet and understanding that lead guitar wasn't going to be my thing.
