get the 76 mkII.
you could always sell it and get a jcm down the road.

i'm guessing the 76 is rarer so do that one.

see a lot of mods in those amps...i think you should keep the most original especially the one with the original trannies and reversed mods

Thanks guys for your input. Yeah Twin I emailed him yesterday no response yet. I offered him 1500 late last year, he said yes! Then I had car repairs lol. I'd take the Jube over the others. Maybe he will e-mail me back soon I hope. I'll keep you updated guys.

Hell of a deal on the 1959 and cab!

My 1981 JMP 2203 is the best 2203 I ever owned.

Just depends if your are interested in the best financial deal or tone. Then when thinking about tone, do you need a master volume and how much gain. Cascaded or non cascaded preamp.

Also to consider is resale value so ensure you are paying for "stock" electronics and not someones hacked up trial and error work bench.

So i ended up buying the 87' 2558. Got it for $1500.00 its in great shape and sounds great! I'm part of the SJ family now, feels nice.. :naughty:
