I have JJ ECC83 and JJ KT77's.

You're talking about adding an OD to the crunch to tighten it up, right? I found that channel exceptionally pleasing. Amber gives me that AC/DC crunch and the red gives me 80's metal or G&R. I really love that channel stock. Sounds like my old 800.

Just wondering, you've got JJ ECC83 for the entire Preamp section?
My Bias was cold so I moved it up to almost 40mV to see if that does anything. Still undecided on tubes. I've heard Svetlana's, Tung Sol were recommended, any thought's on those?
