    Prediction: Silver Jube Bonamassa model

Interesting! Maybe instead of channel switching with buttons it can have 4 inputs and each side would be the different channel, but still have the body and detail knobs to simulate jumping inputs. That way each channel would be like a different amp, still with hi and low, and ability to "jump".

    Prediction: Silver Jube Bonamassa model

Agreed. I don't really like signature stuff either, but if they're going to do more signature amps, I think this would be the best one to do.

    Prediction: Silver Jube Bonamassa model

I can see this happening in the future. Who else uses a Silver Jube as religiously as he does besides Slash? (that's famous). I bet they'd do it. And a Silver one, not a black one like Slash's. A Silver Joe-Bilee! Wouldn't that be a bummer if they re-issued the silver jubilee though? Even the...

    Marshall JCM 900 SLX

I have a 2100, although not an SLX. Seeing as how I keep the "gain" at zero, I'd imagine side by side they would sound pretty much the same. I bet the gain does sound and feel better with an SLX, wish I could try one. I share the belief that these are pretty much 800's with more gain. But they...

Anybody know anything about this??? I found this on ebay sometime last year and saved the pictures cause I thought it was so cool. Not sure if it ever sold. -Looks like a 2500 without the extra volume and no footswitch jack (nice!). I guess its really a 2204 plus a gain knob! -JCM900 logo is...

How much did a JMP cost back in the day?

johnvf, Awesome pictures! Very cool info guys! So it looks like Marshalls have always been a pretty penny. Interesting to see how other guitars and amps were priced back then too! I know a guy who picked up an old Plexi in a Pawn shop for $200 in I think the 80's. Long story short, it was...

How much did a JMP cost back in the day?

:applause: WOW! I assume you still have those?! Very Cool! I guess it is different comparing those prices to modern currency value, but I feel it's still cheaper compared with the damage these do to you're wallet these days!

How much did a JMP cost back in the day?

I know what they're going for now, but how much did these amps go for brand new back in the 70s? I can't seem to find info anywhere and I'm real curious. Have they increased in value since then or are they about the same?
