Great amp, congrats!
Channel 1 is a 12AX7 and a volume control with a global cut knob. Channel 2 is an EF86 with gain and master volume, 5 position tone switch and the cut control. I haven't had a lot of time to play my recently-acquired one at the "proper" volume but I think it sounds great...
Don't power that amp up without speakers plugged in and the impedance selector is missing the plug to select output impedance. It's possible it's wired internally.
You could unscrew that external transformer "thing" first and then remove the chassis. That will be the best way to see what's...
Thank you for your service and welcome (home)!
I guess I'm a purist, but I would leave it stock other than routine maintenance. There's a reason it's a classic.

The one on ebay is in England, not sure if the seller is affiliated with the notorious Harrisons...
Hope your amp is okay. When you get the replacement step-up let us know how it works and which one you got. I have the 145 and need to use a step up too so I am quite interested in your experience (guinea pig, if you will!)
That's a beautiful guitar, refinish and all! I like the color, it looks more sparkly than I'm used to seeing on LPB (although I have not seen any LPB Strats in person). More sparkly is a good thing...
Good luck with the sale!
Congrats! I was real pleased to find a used one a few months ago and then beginning of December order a new cab direct from Andertons. My used head didn't come with the step up transformer but I ordered one from Amazon. I'll have to play it some this weekend.
I like the look. As strictly an "at-home" player I like the 1 watt series. I'm glad they are releasing additional versions. Hopefully they do some custom runs for some retailers here in the States.
It makes sense for Marshall to do these limited edition runs since they already tooled up to...
Here's the board of my '73 lead spec 50 watt amp after I removed a "one-wire" mod that had been installed by a previous owner. I had to re-install the bypass cap and resistor that had been removed for the mod. It looks like there's another replaced cap and a couple replaced in the power section...
