Look through his post history - he has form on having dead amps, asking questions and then trail goes dead.
People must realise that time and thought (well usually) will go into answering these questions, that is more difficult when the amp is maybe thousands of miles away and you cannot see, touch or test anything in the way that you would normally.
Feedback on what works (and what does not!) is really valuable (at least to me) over the 'net. Maybe the mods could compose a sticky saying that if you are going to ask tech questions that there are rules to follow.
Whine over.

All the tubes are lighting, the HT fuse is good, there is ZERO noise coming out of the amp, used different cabs and such. But I also noticed that although the tubes light, they are NOT SUPER HOT (before you couldn't touch them) without feeling some pain.

What should I be lookin for?

An open output transformer primary would leave no B+ on the output tubes. Heaters would get hot.

Could be duff/oxidised sockets..

When you say he tubes light is ghat the heaters orsething else inside - photos help.

Well either it’s been solved by fixing or electrocution (dark sense of humour engaged!)

Yeah, I know...

But I noticed that the OP (RyanScott) was browsing this forum just 3 days ago, and I was researching 2203's losing output/sound. A friend of mine just brought to me a 2007 JCM800 2203KK with no output. Fortunately, I was able to figure it out. One of the original KT88's was shorting and blowing the internal fuse that leads to the screens. Wow, those KT88's are pretty pricey!!
