How long are they going to be made for? are they going to play the 'better hurry and get one' trick? "Mate, there is only one left! there's a 2 year wait on the next one!"
Then 4 years later they'll bring out the 'limited edition'......you'll see.

On a serious note. OP, there is a search tool and it doesn't give you aids if you use it.

Anybody else think its strange that you need to switch past off to go from standby to on?

Just do it quickly.
They could have left the standby switch out.
Not really necessary anymore.
They did that on the Haze...

That is completely wrong...

The standby switch is for switching between 5w and 1w due to the fact that it switches the EL34 from pentode to triode mode.

It's VERY necessary...
