Does anybody have an idea on how to get a W.A.S.P guitar tone from either their title album or The Last Command. Like the eq knobs and stuff? And also if anybody knows of any effects or pedals blackie lawless or Chris Holmes used that would be nice. I have a Marshall JMP mkii super lead.

Not sure about Blacky but I always liked Chris Holmes guitar sound.
An Ibanez TS9 or Boss SD-1 up front to boost.
Some of those tones could have been a couple of Furman parametric EQ's as a boost. Not sure where they were in the signal chain.
He also used a Lexicon PCM 41 delay unit that could be set to create chorus effects. Later on an Alesis Quadraverb. I've gotten that tone pretty close with an MXR Analog Chorus pedal. I like that one because you can control the amount of wet and dry together. The old Boss CE2 and CE3 would probably do it too.

Around 2004 I was in a band that did several openers for them. At that time the band was using 5150s
