Main problem I have is the management will tell us we are too loud, but when we finish a set the DJ is twice as loud as us and nothing is said. It's OK for him to be earth shattering loud.
Just a reminder. It's pronounced Press Cut. Not Press Cott. Nice area I lived close to there (Cottonwood) for about a year, but now I'm in Tucson for the last 16 years.
Harbor Freight Multimeters are like $6. I wouldn't risk an expensive Fluke or something doing biassing on amps. This is the one I use. I keep my bias probe hooked to it at all times and use this meter just for working on my amps.

If you twist that silver cover till it pops off, you will find the 4th 12AX7 (V1) under it. The silver cover acts as a shield to shield the tube from noise.
There is a separate registration website for the USA. Perhaps you should email Marshall and they will send you the link. I had the same problem. It wouldn't take my serial number.
Apparently on the DSL100H and DSL40C the channel change and LED on happens when the switch is open. Not closed. Maybe this is why your switch doesn't work.
So I am going to change out the stock power tubes in my DSL100H. So in my tube drawer I have 2 matched pairs of Valve Art EL34B's I got from AES. One with 27 on the sticker, the other 29. So given that the DSL100H has 2 bias pots I should be able to set the bias on each set individually to...
I generally use one of my 2-12"s with Century Vintage Celestions and one of my assortment of heads. I'm looking to take this 1-12 to rehearsal space and leave it. And just carry whichever head back and forth.
I'm almost considering an old Peavey Scorpion 12". 200 watts. Sound good. Tough as nails. Have to be 8 ohms though. Someone has a pair for sale on craigslist. Funny thing is I would almost bet money I sold him those Scorpions 6 or 7 years ago.
I've got a 1-12" closed back cabinet with a brand new Vintage 30 (60 watts) in it. I mean this speaker doesn't even have 15 minutes on it. However I just picked up a DSL100H and would like to be able to use this 1-12 cab with the DSL100h as well as my other amps (3-50 watt amps and 2-15 watt...
Returned my DSL40C today (was within the 45 day GC return window) and got me a DSL100H for an additional $50. DSL40C was just too heavy for my old back. Besides heads and 2-12's are what I always use.
