probably a really silly question but i have a 1979 jmp 50 watt head and just started noticing a buzzing when i put the head on stand by...also noticed when i touch or move the switch it will happen so i am guessing its the switch...can a switch go bad? im gonna order a switch and swap it...
hi guys and gals...scared the hell out of me thought i fried my blackbacks..this loud buzzing on some lower notes at loud volume so i put the looper on and found that the handle are vibrating pretty bad its a 76 or 77 so anyone experienced this and any replacement handles that will fix this...
she is mine..gave it i quick run and all works great and not a ding on it anywhere..will give it the real test when the wife walks the dog..lol thanks again guys...will post some more pics inside later this week...all the best
hello all im about to pull the trigger and pick it up... seller seems honest and says all works great.. what should i look for dates or codes on the transformers? right now only have 2 photos expecting more soon..also its in near mint condition...will post more pics soon...thanks
hello everyone and happy new year..need some help or info on this one...i believe this is a 72 GB with ric cones..everything looks good but i read that ric cones were mostly 74-76 creambacks...it also measures 8.5 OHM ... is this speaker legit or possibly a recone? any info on this speaker would...
a lot also has to do with your cabinet.. size and wood make a huge difference just as much as speakers would if not more...sounds like a baltic birch is what would work well for you... and 75s sound great...what cabinet are you using now?
