I really like the Green Lemon burst on the Paul Kossoff model, alas I will never have one $$$$$

A nice subtle burst is always a classic. Can't beat a gold top, or a custom either. Those crazy colors are not for me, but hey to each his own.

Captcoolaid's LP that he posted in another thread. God damn. This finish is so amazing.

This one kills! The flame in the (Maple?) is fucking sweet! Not too tight, very random. I don't know if I've seen one this good looking, and there are a ton of good looking flame top LPs out there.

Edit: Only wish it bookmarked (minor).

I favor the more random flame tops too (yes maple). I know a lot of people insist on a "tight" flame, but I love the way the end grains fade from flame to almost a quilt on mine (and on Cpts as well). I knew when I saw it that I had to own it. I've never seen another one like it. And they are all book matched (meaning the maple is cut in 1/2 then laid side by side like opening a book), but not all cuts of maple are created equal.

My Supreme has a 5A (AAAAA) top, but I still prefer the Classic.
