Had a hunch that we were going to start to see increasing amp prices and was able to get out ahead of recent inflation this last few years with some patience and searching the used market. Wouldn’t be able to buy any of these today with what I’d originally paid. Also fortunate to have a good amp tech living just a few streets away.

I know it's about Marshalls, but it's that a Leslie?,🤤🤤🤤🤤
What goes in there?
Yes, that is a Leslie :agreed: My second most favourite Instrument, besides Guitar, is Hammond Organ. I have a dual manual Hammond Clone by Crumar, and a Moog Analog Synthesizer. Both of these sound fantastic through the Leslie, but of course it's also useable for Guitar.

Digging the Hammond and Moog, that covers it. 👍

I spy a Prosonic. R E S P E C T :)
Someone has a very good eye I must say ! Here is the story . So in 1998 I heard about this 2 channel Fender Prosonic . Billed as going from Fender clean twang to high gain somewhat like a Marshall (yippee skippy ) . Also came with special designed Celestion 10 inch speakers . Also has a 3 way rectifier switch , class A all tube , billed as being like a Vox AC-30 type tone , class AB tube , and lastly class AB solid state . I loved this amp and used it until 2011 when I got the next incarnation from Fender the Super Sonic Twin amp , which was a swing and a miss as it came with Celestion Vintage 30 speakers (which I love and are my favorite ) . The big swing and a miss strike out was the REVERB . The Fender Prosonic has the classic tube driven spring Reverb which works great . The Super Sonic Twin amp had a design flaw that they did not disclose to me until the 2nd time I contacted them , The first time they told me to change the 12AX7 for the Reverb and the dreaded buzzing sound when ever I turned the Reverb on past 1 was unbearable and thus made the amp suck big time . In 2015 I stumbled on Chris Paul Marshall 2555X demo and the rest is history as they say . Very Good eye ! Also underneath the red Prosonic is a Brown 1962 Fender Super amp with really nice tube Tremolo .

You are my brother from another mother!

I recently put cream radio knobs on mine. I might also possibly have a 2555x. :)

That is so beautiful . I love it along with the Ivory Radio dial knobs !!!!!! Did you know that was the way the original knobs were when it was first produced from Fender Custom ? True Story along with the Blonde, Brown face Fender Logo with the tail which was the predecessor to the black face Fender Logo . I just flat out love those Ivory colored radio dial knobs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are Brothers for sure !!!!!!!!!

Did not know that! Haven't seen them before even on the earlier models. I stole the idea from the SuperSonic. To me the radio knobs are easier to manipulate anyway, aside from looking more slick with the color contrast. The numbers on the panel don't get covered by the chickenhead pointer either this way. The original chickenheads are safely stored away for originality. I keep mine in Class A/B mode and put a JJ ECC832 in V2 to simmer the gain down just a tad.

High Five!
