    Bugera circle of tonez.

I recently learned about Bugera amps. Just so I understand completely, this is their 1960 150W head? What cabinet are playing it through, i.e. 2x12? 4x12? (sorry if I missed that in the thread) Any pedals, or are you going strait into the amp?

Yeah, I hear you but that's the problem. That's a lot of money to be shelling and lots of time sending stuff back, ordering something new, trying it, sending that back ect. It just all seems extremely cumbersome for what might not make all that much difference in the end.

Well that right there is a big part of my frustration, I can't find a way to explain what it is I'm looking for in an articulate way. All I can say is the distortion in this thing is too "harsh", even with external distortions. I have the bass dial at 8 and the treble at 2 and it's still too...

I'm conceding defeat. after numerous tube swaps/combinations and bias settings, I just can't get this DSL to sound like I want. The only thing I haven't tried is a speaker swap. After all the other changes I've tried, I don't have much confidence it'll be worth it for me to go that route. I hope...

    Missing subscriptions

The fact that when I go to "Subscription Threads" ->"List Subscriptions" under the control panel (User CP) and there are only two posts listed is what makes me think they "disappeared". I hear ya, I won't make a thing of it. I see there's a different way to get them now. I won't bring it up...

    Missing subscriptions

I looked and none of the posts, I've posted in/started over the past few months, are showing up in my User Control Panel. I have the same problem over on the My LesPaul forums and those guys feel I, A. Don't exist or 2. that I've been abducted...which is just silly because we ALL know we're all...

Things you want to do but never actually do

In my early teens I built two tall ships, a frigate U.S.S United States and the Thermopylae (sister ship to the Cutty Sark), you're right, all those lines drove me batty.

Building scale models. I was heavily into 1/48 scale WWII aircraft about a decade ago but lack of time and declining eyesight has really taken the wind out of my sails..

one other note, the guitar part is heavy on Flanger or Chorus effect, so add some of that in too.

Guitar part question - Let The Good Times Roll

Arpeggios on the upper notes of the chords walking down. E, D, C#, if that makes sense. Just play three of the upper notes of each chord separately. Hope that makes sense not sure how to articulate it better.

Out of curiosity I located cap C19 while I was fumbling around in there during my tube swap/biasing escapade this weekend. That damn thing is TINY!!! :ugh: I saw the pictures posted here and they don't do justice to the true size...or lack there of....of C19. There was a time I considered...
