    Have you try a mod on v1 a 2k7 and the 680 nanofarat bypass capacitor, try 1k8 and 1uf bypass should have a bit more gain ,also the negative feedback resistor ,if it's a 100k you could change it to 56k and add a 100 pico ceramic capacitor parallel to it, then you can change the phase inverter...
